We are proud to annouce that our products meet the new standards set by the CPSIA.  They have been tested and certified for your safety and enjoyment.

I'm not sure my online order went through?
Please feel free to call us if you are experiencing any difficulty on our website.  We will be happy to verify that your order was processed and provide you with a tracking number.  If it was not processed we will take your order over the phone.  (866) 682-7863
 
How can I track my package?
If your order is placed on the weekday and before 2:00pm on Friday, you will receive an email regarding your order and tracking number.  If your order is placed on the weekend, please wait until Monday and you will receive your tracking number by email.
 
Are there stores in my area that carry Squeak Me Shoes?
If you look on the navigation bar you will see an icon that says Store Locator.  The store locator will allow you to type in city, state or zip, to see stores nearby that carry Squeak Me Shoes.  Feel free to call the stores located near you to see if they carry the style you are wanting to order.  If not, you are more than welcome to call us directly to place your order.

How will my Squeak Me Shoes come packaged?
Our shoes are uniquely packaged in a clear plastic gift bag with a colorful insert.  They make great gifts!
 
What is your exchange policy?
If your Squeak Me Shoes were ordered online and you would like to exchange them, please place the shoes back in the box with a note describing the exchange of sizes.

What is your return policy?
If you have purchased our shoes from one of our retailers please handle the exchange or refund with the retailer.  If you have purchased online, authorization is required. Returns are accepted only for defects or errors for which we are responsible for a period of up to 14 days from the date of the internet purchase, and must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. All returns are subject to final inspection by Squeak Me Shoes, LLC.  Non-defective returned goods deemed not resalable will also be charged back to customer.
 
When will I receive my Squeak Me Shoes order?
Most orders arrive within 6-9 business days.  We have started using United States Postal Service for your benefit dropping the shipping charges significantly!  We're excited for our customers!
 
How do I remove the squeaker?
 
The squeaker is located on the innerside of the sole, as seen in picture above.  It can be removed and re-inserted by an adult.
 
What happens if my squeakers stop squeaking?
The life of our squeakers last the life of the shoe.  If your squeakers stop squeaking please feel free to call us, and we will send you an extra pair of squeakers.  (866) 682-7863
